Lil Dicky just dropped one of the funniest songs on a topic that we’ve all encountered.  The girl or guy you talking to running into their ex.  Definitely an awkward situation.  Enjoy yourself

Lying Together delivers a unique, soulful type hip hop with the funky sample from Funky Kiwi Juice or FKJ for short.

As I’m trying to think of words to describe Jackson Breit’s style, I just come at a loss because he is so unique with his sound.  He has a voice of Citizen Cope on speed along to the funkiest beats on the web that just brings the soulfulness from his roots of New Orleans.  I’ll just shut up now.  Just take a listen.  This guy deserves one.  True, passionate soulful music that should not go under the cracks.

Also be sure to check out his full length EP on SOUNDCLOUD HERE  or simpler, just listen below

For a little background information on this rap infused tech pop duo: twenty | one | pilots formed in high school in 2009 gaining a local following in the Ohio and midwest region.  After extensive touring and creating a name for themselves via social media, they now have joined up with Atlantic Records and released an album at the beginning of 2013, Vessel, with the producer who also worked with Adele.

Young, talented, and on the rise; this duo delivers a unique style that pulls you into each song with their storytelling like ability.  They also have the knack of completely changing the tempo and rhythm mid-song, much like we used to hear from Queen with Bohemian Rhapsody and We Will Rock You/We  Are the Champions.  By no means am I comparing them to be as sensational as Queen but they are an artist to keep an eye out for.  Before you know it, they’ll be all over your radio.

Much Love,

Witty hip hop artist Hoodie Allen delivers another fun, chill song.  His lyrics never disappoint dropping witty lines, celebrity references and off the wall rhymes.

Hoodie is starting his US tour with Aer and Jared Evan next month.  Be sure to catch one of his shows.  For a complete tour list you can check out Hoodieallen.com

This song is exactly like the title suggests.  D.VELOPED is known for his eclectic mixes of vocal, instrumental, and rhythmic mashes.   The verse is anchored by  Cherub’s Doses and Mimosas.  As quoted in his youtube description “this song will make you want to Google everyone of the artists below.”  Enjoy.

I have also listed all of the artists and the role they played in “The Epic Rhythm” below.

Please support all original artists featured.

Don’t let the Rihanna in the title fool you.  This song is a definite banger for your Friday night/weekend.  Theophilus London once again adds that spark this song needed.

Who wants to actually read my long, drawn out description of this song?  I’ll keep it short:

Flavor, style, hip hop, sick ass beat.  What more do you want from a song to get throw’d too?  HIT PLAY ALREADY!

P.s.  This song shouldn’t be played on any other volume except EXTREME!

If you don’t think you’ve heard this song, you are definitely wrong.  Who hasn’t caught themselves screaming “HEYYYY HOOOOOO”?  DJ Scene turns this hip hop classic into an absolute banger in this remix.  If you want to get crunk(Yes, I used the word crunk) to an old school hip hop classic with a fresh new twist, then this is your jam.  HEYYYY HOOOOOO!

Soul?  ZZ Ward has it.  Blues?  ZZ Ward has it.  Hip hop?  ZZ Ward has that.

ZZ is a fantastic artist on the rise that must be heard.  Her track “Cryin Wolf” ft. Kendrick Lamar highlights her soulful, powerful voice and the addition of Kendrick Lamar ices the cake.  There is no doubt that everything Kendrick Lamar has touched over this past year has been gold.  His lyrics are pronounced perfectly with a message people can relate to.

If you like this song, definitely check out the rest of her album on Spotify or Itunes.

Also, check out her Eleven Roses mixtape where she samples the likes of Tyler the Creator and Childish Gambino.

Canadian MC Classified brings you a song with a positive message, clips from Beverly Hills Ninja, and a smooth, catchy chorus from David Myles.  Together this song is sick and an absolute must listen.

Enjoy,
